Health

An independent commitment to physical, mental, and emotional well-being, including safety, care, prevention, quality of life, and the reduction of harm. The other five responsibilities cannot fully center the actual condition of bodies and minds.
Productivity may outrank rest; technology may damage attention, sleep, or mental health; economic growth may rely on unsafe work or harmful consumption; and socially active or ecologically responsible systems may still normalize illness, loneliness, burnout, and suffering.
